about us
We believe good communication changes everything.
Fit2Communicate was co-founded by Karen Dempster and Justin Robbins. Together we bring decades of experience across education, corporate communication, behavioural science and change leadership.
We’re united by a belief that communication should connect people, inspire action and create clarity.
We work with a trusted group of collaborators to deliver insightful, people-first communication support to schools and organisations across the UK and beyond.
Our clients describe us as thoughtful, insightful, warm and practical. We bring ideas, structure and energy that helps people feel more confident and connected.
