Service Description
Our next Masterclass will run across two dates: 2 hours on 12th (10am-midday) and 2 hours on 22nd May (10am-midday) 2026. The Four Pillars Masterclass is a practical, two-part online programme designed to help schools take a planned, sustainable approach to parental engagement. Delivered as two live 2-hour sessions, with structured reflection and practical work in between, the masterclass supports school leaders and teams to step back, think strategically and develop an approach that works for their context. Using the Four Pillars framework - Knowledge, Environment, Culture and Communication - participants will: Understand what effective parental engagement really looks like in practice Identify what is currently working, and where gaps exist Build a shared understanding and language across the school Begin developing a realistic, long-term plan rather than relying on ad-hoc activity Between sessions, participants complete guided tasks to reflect on their current position and priorities. Session two focuses on shaping next steps, learning from others and bringing the pillars together into a coherent, achievable approach. This masterclass is strategic, practical and supportive – designed for busy schools that want to build trusted relationships with parents without adding unsustainable pressure to their teams.
