Overview The Four Pillars Masterclass is a practical, two-part online programme designed to help schools take a planned, sustainable approach to parental engagement. Delivered by communication experts Karen Dempster and Justin Robbins, it moves schools away from ad-hoc, reactive communication and towards a school-parent partnership model that saves staff time and protects school reputation. The Four Pillars Framework Over the past decade, our work with schools has centred on a simple framework to build trust and elevate school standing. We look at parental engagement through four distinct lenses: Knowledge, Environment, Culture and Communication. Key Information Who is it for: Perfect for Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), teaching staff and communications leads. Structure: Delivered as two live 2-hour sessions, with structured reflection and practical work between sessions. Ultimate goal: Participants will: ● Understand what effective parental engagement really looks like in practice ● Identify what is currently working, and where gaps exist ● Build a shared understanding and language across the school ● Begin developing a realistic, long-term plan rather than relying on ad-hoc activity Questions Before Booking?
